Sewing threads manufactured by Coatex Technology are specifically designed for replacing various types of asbestos and synthetic sewing threads and have been designed for use on Coatex lagging fabrics.
PTFE coated sewing thread
It is coated with PTFE which will not burn or support combustion in normal atmospheres. They are suitable for temperature from -400°F to +600°F. They are resistant to water, unaffected by fungi and impervious to most acids and alkalis.
